CCB chairman assumes duties

Chairman, CCB, Kapila Yakandawala assumes duties |
Kapila Yakandawala has been appointed as the Chairman of the Coconut
Cultivation Board (CCB), an institution under the Ministry of Plantation
Industries. He assumed duties October 20 at the CCB head office.
Mayantha Dissanayake MP was also present.
Yakandawala completed his secondary education at Dharmaraja College,
Kandy. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of
Sri Jayawardenapura. Before joining CCB, Yakandawala was the Chairman of
the Institute of Sri Lanka Tourism and Hotel Management. He has served
the public and private sectors in many capacities.
