Air Force Commander Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinhala received the Nalanda Keerthi Sri Award, the highest tribute paid to an old Nalandian at the annual prize giving of Nalanda College, Colombo on October 28 at the BMICH, organized by the Nalanda Old Scouts Association (NOSA) where Education Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam presented the award to the serving SLAF Commander.
