Thurstan rout Royal Panadura

Thurstan beat Royal Panadura by an innings and 11 runs in their Singer Under 19 cricket encounter in Colombo yesterday.

Thurstan who were 136 for 7 overnight scored 208 runs with Sajith Gunatileka ( 70) and Ayesh Weeraratne ( 53) doing the bulk of the scoring. Rusiri Rajapakse took 4 for 30 for the Panadura school.

Royal, Panadura in their second innings were skittled out for 117 with Ayesh Weerakoon capturing 4 for 20 completing a fine all-round effort
