Poems Dads are dolphins
Dads are dolphins in disguise,
With hearts as big as kings,
They test the waters and devise,
A way for everything.
When we are small,
They swim along,
To help us reach our dreams.
And through it all,
So proud and tall,
So like we'd like to be...
Seasons are fun
One, two, three and four,
A year too has seasons four.
Autumn, winter, spring, summer,
All come one after the other.
Five, six, seven and eight,
Hot summers make us wait,
For ice creams and shady trees,
And holidays by the seas.
Nine, ten, eleven and twelve,
Autumn came and leaves fell,
Days are short, the air is cool,
Autumn for three months is here to rule.
I am the music man
I am the music man,
I come from far away,
And I can play,
What can you play?
I play the piano.
Pia, pia, piano, piano, piano,
Pia, pia, piano, pia, piano.
I am the music man,
I come from far away.
And I can play.
What can you play?
I play the big drum.
Boomdi, boomdi, boomdi, boom,
Boomdi, boom, boomdi, boom.

Great expectations
It's time to say, "Good-bye,"
Our year has come to an end,
I've made more cherished memories,
And many more new friends.
I've watched your children learn and grow,
And change from day to day.
I hope that all the things we've done,
Have helped in some small way.
So it's with happy memories,
I send them out of the door,
With great hope and expectations,
For what next year holds in store.
Good manners
We say "Thank you",
We say "Please,"
And "Excuse me,"
When we sneeze.
That's the way,
We do what's right,
We have manners,
We are polite.
