Heart patient appeals for help

M.A.J.Perera of 428, Lunupitiya, Mahawatte, Pamunugama and a father of three is suffering from a heart ailment and has been advised to undergo immediate surgical procedure, which will cost around Rs.650,000 at the Nawaloka Hospital. Perera, a minor employeee attached to the Colombo Municipal Council, is unable to met the cost and hence, appeals to the generous public for financial assistance.

Appeal for help

Lalith Senarath (47) of Minuwangoda, Wagowuwa is suffering from a heart disease. Consultant Cardiologist, Colombo National Hospital Dr. Vajira Senaratne has recommended that the patient meeds to undergo an operation at a cost of Rs. 600,000.

Since he is unable to meet the expenses, he seeks public donations which may be remitted to National Savings Bank (Minuwangoda branch) Account No. 1-0098-02-6985-9.
