PT's Coffee at The Barnesbury

The Barnesbury, an upmarket restaurant, lounge and courtyard added USA's PT's Coffee into its menu recently.

According to owner and Chairman of Barnesbury, Shyam Jainulabdeen the introduction of PT's Coffee with its quality and taste, endorses the brand's maxim 'Without love, its just coffee'.

Sri Lanka has been identified as the first distributor of USA's PT's Coffee in South East Asia, and The Barnesbury the sole distributor.

Sri Lanka-born, R. Radampola is the coffee dealer from Texas who has ensured that Sri Lankans enjoy this once in a lifetime blend. What began in 1993 as a single coffee shop in Topeka, Kansas and an intense passion for coffee - PT's Coffee buys and roasts 100% Arabia beans. Twenty two years later PT's Coffee has three distinctive flavours - Flying Monkey Expresso, 1861 House Blend and John Brown House Blend.

The Flying Monkey Expresso is a blend of chocolate, honey and graham cracker. The 1861 House Blend is a drip coffee with a blend of bittersweet chocolate with caramal and tangerine, and roasted almonds.

The beans are from Brazil and El Salvador. The John Brown House Blend is 'a polished coffee with a bold heart'.
