Capital Trust Residencies builds apartments

Capital Trust Residencies has launched the construction of two major projects, at Thimbirigasyaya Road, and Vajira Road, Colombo.

Entering the financial services industry as a stock broking firm in 1991, the Capital Trust Group of Companies has today expanded into many areas of business, including margin trading, investment advice, wealth management, property development, property brokering, Information Technology, automobiles and education.

Capital Trust Residencies - Thimbirigasyaya Road project consists of 40 apartments, comprising two, three and four bed-roomed apartments all with a panoramic view of the city, on 10 storeys. The project at Vajira Road, will be completed within a year. It consists of eight storeys and comprises 16 luxurious three bed-roomed apartments.
