Douglas & Sons authorized dealer for anti-lock brake systems

Douglas & Sons (Pvt) Ltd. (DSL) has been appointed the authorized agent for WABCO Antilock Brake System (ABS) suitable for heavy vehicles.

Manufactured with German Technology, WABCO ABS is a safe and effective braking system that allows the driver to maintain directional stability and control over steering, a company spokesman said.

Drivers lose control of the vehicle when the wheels lock during emergency braking, especially on a slippery road. ABS is designed to avoid such incidents thus helping drivers to steer to safety, he said.

WABCO India was set up in 1962 as a manufacturer of conventional and advanced braking systems, and other air assisted products, which has now grown to five world-class manufacturing facilities, a software design centre and a test track in India.
