The two-storey building of 5,870 square feet will be constructed at Panadura Road, Horana. It is designed for optimal use of natural light and will be solar-powered, a company official said. The building will be equipped with the latest energy efficient lighting and air conditioning systems and have a facility for rainwater harvesting.

The foundation stone for the new office building was laid by Managing Director and CEO Ceylinco Life, R. Renganathan.
