HI-AIM to hold conference and expo

With Sri Lanka's rapidly booming hospitality industry, HI-AIM, a
company based in India and conceptualized to become a landmark
forum for the hospitality industry is to hold a 'Conference +
exposition' on March 15-16 at the Galadari Hotel, under the patron
sponsorship of Orel Corporation (Pvt) Limited (Orange Electric).
The other sponsors are international brands such as Hyatt, Starwood,
Hilton, Marriot, Accor, ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels and Resorts, and
Intercontinental Hotels.
The event will provide an enriching opportunity for hotel operators,
developers, technical services team of international and domestic hotel
chains, financial consultants, banks/institutions, academics,
architects, landscape architects , interior designers, sructural MEP
designers, facility planners, project management companies, and
engineers on a common knowledge sharing platform to confer and exchange
ideas on key issues and emerging trends in the industry.
The exhibiting companies will cover a wide range of products and
services, including appliances and furnishing, architecture and interior
designing, contractors, builders, developers, decor suppliers and
furniture suppliers and manufacturers.
HI-AIM and Orel Corporation held a joint media conference at the
Galadari Hotel last Saturday, January 16, on their forthcoming
'Conference + Exposition'. Indian business leaders in the industry with
their expertise, robust growth and long experience will have much to
offer participants and entrepreneurs, it was said at the media
conference.
Sri Lanka had 1.8 million foreign tourist arrivals in 2015, a growth
of 17.8 percent over the previous year. The country is now working
towards a target of 2.2 million tourist arrivals this year. |
