Capital Trust launches two apartment projects

Capital Trust Residencies (Pvt) Ltd has launched the construction work on two major apartment projects - at Thimbirigasyaya Road, Colombo 5 and at Vajira Road, Colombo 4.

The complex at Thimbirigasyaya where construction has commenced comprises of 40 elegantly designed 2, 3 and 4-bed roomed apartments built to world-class specifications on 10 storeys and the complex is due to be completed by April 2017.Construction work at the project at Vajira Road, Colombo 4 was launched a few months ago and will be completed within an year.

This eight-storied luxury apartment complex, walking distance to leading government and private schools, leading hospitals, banks, restaurants and super markets, will have 16 luxurious three bed-roomed apartments.
