The Indian Navy’s largest ship INS
Vikramaditya which was on a goodwill visit to Sri Lanka
accompanied by the guided missile destroyer ‘Mysore’
accorded a guard of honour to President Maithripala Sirisena
yesterday. This is the maiden overseas port visit by
INS Vikramditya after its arrival in India two years
ago.This visit is symbolic of the close maritime cooperation
and mutual trust between India and Sri Lanka. Picture shows
