Bail denied – Premanath Dolawatte Attorney at Law

Yoshitha Rajapaksa lawyer, Attorney-at- Law Premanath C. Dolawatte, said application produced by the Police at the Magistrate’s court was improper. The bail application filed by the lawyer was rejected when Yoshitha was remanded until February 11.

All five people were arrested under Money Laundering Act and under six different sections of the Penal code, explained Dolawatte, adding that the arrested were directed to the Welikada prison.

The arrested were also represented by President Counsel Kalinga Indratissa, Shantha Weerasuriya and Attorney at Law Sampath Mendis.
