‘Colours of My World’

Art competition to mark World Down Syndrome Day:

Parallel to World Down Syndrome Day commemoration events, Kosala Dullewa Foundation and several Rotaract Clubs have organised an art competition titled ‘Colours of My World’.

Children and adults with special needs in school/institution or individually are invited to participate in the competition by submitting an art drawn by them, under any topic in an A4 sheet using either water colours or pastels.

One competitor can submit only one drawing with the following information recorded on the reverse of the drawing. Any child completing 6 years and above, and adults with special needs can take part in the competition.

The drawings should be sent to - Kosala Dullewa Foundation for Children with Special Needs, No 6, Walagamba Mawatha, Borupana Road, Ratmalana - before February 15. Certificates will be awarded to all participants and 50 gifts will be awarded according to the age categories. The prize-giving will be held in Colombo on March 27.
