Sri Lanka U-19 keep losing
Sri Lanka lost to Bangladesh in their third place play-off match of
the Under-19 Youth World Cup in Fatulla yesterday.
The result meant Sri Lanka's under-19 cricketers continued with their
downward slide which has been going on for the past so many years with
no formula in sight as administrators turn a blind eye to the future.Sri
Lanka were bowled out for 214 with skipper Charith Asalanka playing a
part with a contribution of 76.
Bangladesh always had the match in control although they posted the
win in the final over.
