WAMY awards Rs 100,000 to young achiever

The World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) felicitated Fathima Zahra Mansoor, a young achiever of the Medical Faculty of the University of Colombo at the BMICH recently. She completed her research in gene therapy and her research was selected by the American Medical Council. Chief Guest, Ambassador of Turkey in Sri Lanka presented WAMY's cash award of Rs 100,000 to her. WAMY Sri Lanka branch director, Ash Sheikh Najman was also present.
