Slip Doctors USA launches floor safety products

Slip Doctors, a leader in floor safety in the USA, launched its range of floor safety products in Colombo last week.

Creation Master Builders (Pvt) Ltd., was appointed the sole agent for the products.

Creation Master Builders, Managing Director Rohan Wisidagama said with a conducive environment for a construction boom floor safety solutions will make its way to every nook and corner in the country. The products of Slip Doctors, the first to introduce a solution for injuries caused by slips and falls on wet surfaces in homes and industries in the USA has its foot print across all continents with a wide customer base.

"The number of slip and fall victims in homes, schools, offices and factories due to wet and shiny surfaces is on the rise in Sri Lanka. The floor safety products will help applicants to create a safe environment reducing the risk of slips and falls resulting in injury, lawsuit , litigation cost and loss of employee days to institutions," Wisidagama said.

Slip Doctors USA President Greg Cohen speaking via a conference call said the company is known world over as a household name for its reputation in ensuring domestic and industrial safety.

The non-slip solutions are applicable to any surface to create a microbial sized spiked surface that provides traction to all types of footwear - whether wet or dry. The application does not change the original design of the floor.
