Islamic confab at 'Temple Trees' on Aug.11, 12

The Secretary General of the Muslim World League (Rabitha Al Alam Al Islami), Saudi Arabia and Chairman and the Board of Management of Sri Lanka Islamic Centre have organised the international conference, 'Muslims and the Prospects for Co-existence' on August 11 and 12 at 9.30 a.m. at Temple Trees.

President Maithripala Sirisena will be the chief guest while Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will be the guest of honour.

Scholars from Thailand, Bangladesh, Philippines, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Cambodia, Myanmar, China, Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka will address the confab.

State Minister of Integration and Reconciliation A.H.M. Fowzie will preside.
