Basil to India with a high powered delegation

<p>Senior Presidential Advisor and MP Basil Rajapaksa will update Indian leaders on the Northan front on Saturday (Oct 26). Foreign Ministry says the Lankan delegation is to brief the Indian government on the current situation in Sri Lanka.
