First ship in H’tota harbour by 2011

<P>The first ship is due to dock in the Hambantota harbour by January 2011, according to official sources. Construction work on the Hambantota harbour is in progress and the first stage of construction is due to be completed by the beginning of 2011. The construction work is being done in three stages and the cost for the first stage is $ 360 million.
