New traffic system during Budget sessions

<p>A new traffic system between Colombo and Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte during the upcoming budget season, the Police said. Police said that certain roads would be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and in the evening when the Parliament adjourns within the next few days. 
According to the police the roads closed are Liberty junction to Parliament, Model Farm Junction in Bullers Road to Stanley Wijesundara Mawatha in Bullers Road. Crossing in the main parliament road will be allowed only at main junctions from November 6 to December 8.
