National Safety Day in Jaffna

<p>The Minister of Disaster Management A. H. M. Fowzie has decided to hold this year’s National Safety Day in Jaffna this year. The National Safety Day which marks the anniversary of the tsunami disaster which occurred in the island in 2004 December. The decision to hold the ceremony in the North was taken by the Minister during his recent tour to Jaffna last week.
