Speaker appointed as CWPA’s Deputy Chairman

<P>Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Common Wealth Parliamentary Association (CWPA)  at its 56th session held in Nirobi, Kenya. 

<P>The CWPA with a membership of 54 states schedule to hold its Asian Regional session in  Sri Lanka in 2011 and its 57th session in Sri Lanka in 2012.
