President Rajapaksa explained LLRC progress to Ban ki-moon

<p>President Mahinda Rajapaksa in New York, attending the 65th session of the Un General Assembly, said the UN Secretary General Ban ki-moon that the government was considering to implement some proposals recommended by the Lesson Learnt Reconciliation Commission.
