Elections Chief to gazatte next MP [October 07 2010]

The Commissioner of Elections will gazette the next memebr of the Democratic National Alliance (DNA) of the Colombo list to fill the vacancy of Sarath Fonseka, informed sources said.

According to the provisions of the Elections Act Fonseka who is serving 30-month jail term lost his seat today.
