Bowlers call the tune at Wijerama Mawatha [October 08 2010]

St. Joseph’s College after been bowled out for 120 runs hit back strongly to reduce their opponents D. S. Senanayake College to 35 for 5 in their first innings on the opening day of their inter school under 19 cricket tournament match which commenced at Wijerama Mawatha today.

Sahan Amarasinghe captured six wickets for 35 to help D. S. Senanayake dismiss their opponents for 120 runs but their batsmen failed to capitalize and collapsed against the pace of Dinal Dhambarage (3 for 24) and Chaturanga Kumara (2 for 7).
