<p>Map of Sri Lanka is re-shaped a moment ago when the much awaited sea water filling to the Magampura Harbor Basin was completed. 

<p>The future students studying geography will soon see that there is a man made lagoon in the Hambantota area which is the Magampura Harbor. 

<p>This is also a rare feat of geography when a man made creation has changed the contours of a country.
