ICC Women’s Challenge in SA: Sri Lanka – 220/5 in 50. Pakistan128/2 in 25

Pakistan, in reply to Sri Lanka’s 220 for 6 in 50 over, were strongly placed at 128 for 2 after 25 overs in their ICC Women’s Cricket Challenge match against Pakistan now being played at Potchefstroom, South Africa.

Despite losing the first wicket with five runs on the board, Sri Lanka’s modest total was boosted by a 73-run partnership for the second wicket between opener Chamari Polgampola and Suwini de Alwis. But the highest contributor towards Sri Lanka’s modest total was Shashikala Siriwardene who made a brilliant half century.
