Gold seized from LTTE to Central Bank

<p>The Government is in the process of handing over 110 kilograms of gold that seized from the LTTE to the Central Bank, Chief Government Whip and Water Supply and Drainage Minister Dinesh Gunawardene told the Parliament.

<p>The gold which was recovered by troops of the 58 Division and the Miliary Police of the Army is valued at over Rs. 490 million, Chief Government Whip, said in reply to a question raised by UNP MP Dayasiri Jayasekera.
