A leading heroin importer from Grandpass Colombo was arrested following the discovery of 2.5 kg of heroin worth Rs. 20 million in the possession, Police Spokesman Rs. Prishantha Jayakody said.
Two suspects arrested earlier by the Negambo Police have revealed the name of the drug baron who smuggled heroin to the country.
