Power cuts as sub stations are under water

<p>The power cut is prevailing in the areas as power sub stations are under water, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) said.

<p>As the sub stations in Ethul Kotte, Panadura, Kelanitissa and Thurstan and Lucky Plaza are under water the CEB has decided to disconnect power as a recautionary measure.
