Local Council polls: SLFP to finalize its nominees

<p>With dissolving of all local government institutions in January, the ruling Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) will finalize its list of nominees before January 30. 

  

<p>SLFP General Secretary Minister Maithreepala Sirisena said the Municipal Councils, Urban Councils and Pradeshiya Sabhas would be dissolved in January. 

  

<p>The local council elections will be held in March 2011.
