A brave knock of 81 off 124 balls with four boundaries helped Sri Lanka 'A' to make a modest 215 for 5 in 50 overs in their second unofficial one day international against South Africa 'A' in Petermaritzburg today.

Electing to bat first, the visitors slumped to 32 for 3 in the 12th over but Silva's fighting innings, together with half centuries by Thilina Kandamby (51 off 53 balls) and Angelo Mathews (53 n.o off 68 balls) helped them to recover. South Arica 'A', in reply were 109 for 3 after 25 overs.
