SC orders return of Waters Edge land to UDA; Chandrika ordered to pay Rs. 3 million

<P>The Supreme Court today ordered the return of the controversial Waters Edge land back to the Urban Development Authority (UDA) within one month. 

<p>The Supreme Court has also ordered former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga to pay rupees three million and businessman Ronnie Peiris to pay rupees two million in the Waters Edge land deal.
