Army captures LTTE trenches

<p>The Army captured three LTTE war trenches over the weekend following search operations conducted in the Mullaitivu area. Firing which took place between military troops and the LTTE has caused damage to the LTTE. The encounters took place between the LTTE and military forces in Pannankulam in Vavuniya. The military suffered no losses.
