CRICKET: Baduraliya CC humbles NCC by an innings [November 16 2008]

Minnows Baduraliya CC sprang the shock of the season when they humbled much fancied NCC by an innings in their Sri Lanka Cricket conducted Premier League tournament match played at Maitland Place today. Baduraliya's stunning win justifies their retention in the Premier League Tier 'A' and it was finally the Sports Minister Gamini Lokuge who finally ruled that the SLC decision was right.

Chief scores: NCC 145 all out and 175 all out (D.Indika 69, A. Prasad 4 for 45).
