Northern Provincial Council Governor Major General G.A. Chandrasiri said the war victory ceremony will be held in the heart of Kilinochchi tomorrow (14) with the participation of Members of Parliament.
He said arrangements have been made to hold a ceremony to mark the war victory on Friday in front of the victory monument in the Kilinochchi town.
“We expect MPs, particularly young MPs to participate in the ceremony. Many other events will be held to mark the occasion,” he added.
The war victory ceremony is organized by the Northern Provincial Council and the Northern Province Governor.
