Government sources say that the parade to commemorate the first anniversary of Sri Lanka's victory over Tamil Tiger terrorism will be held on June 18 at Colombo Galle Face Green.
The parade was organized to be held on May 20 at the Galle Face Green but had to be postponed due to bad weather that displaced over half million people in floods caused by torrential monsoon rains.
