President Rajapaksa will leave for India on an official tour tomorrow strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Presidential Media Unit said that President will hold discussions with the Indian leaders and sign several memoranda of understanding.
The President will hold bilateral talks with his Indian counterpart Prathibha Patel, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and several senior Ministers.
