Second court martial against SF tomorrow
 
The second Court Martial to probe charges against the ex-Army chief Sarath Fonseka will resume its sittings at 2 pm, tomorrow.
<p>The Court refused to issue summons to retired Maj. Gen. A.B. Thoradeniya in Australia at its sittings on Tuesday. JVP MP Sunil Handunetti gave evidence.
<p>The second Court Martial against Fonseka will be held for six days and will probe alleged irregularities in arms procurement while he was in uniform.
