Provincial Council Act to be Amended [October 05 2010]

The Provincial Councils (Amendment) Bill was presented in Parliament today. Provincial Councils and local Government Deputy Minister Indika Bandaranayake said following a series of requests made by the Provincial Councils, the Ministry decided to amend the Provincial Council Act.
