Loans to get electricity connections

<p>The Ministry of Power and Energy introduces a new loan scheme for low income families to get electricity connections. The loan of maximum of Rs. 30,000 will be granted to low income families and Samurdhi beneficiaries. The repayment would be in 48 monthly installments which will be added to the consumers monthly bill. (DY)
