Minister of External Affairs, Pro. G.L. Peiris is due to arrive in New Delhi to hold talks with his Indian counterpart S.M. Krishna to prepare for the Indo-Sri Lankan Joint Commission meeting in Colombo later this month.
Minister Peiris, during his official visit to India starting tomorrow, will also deliver the R.K. Mishra Memorial Lecture on “Growth, Equity and Security: Constitutional Imperatives for South Asia” on Friday (15).
