Mayor opens Navy park

<p>Subramaniam park, a leisure park in the Jaffna town has been reopened to the public after three decades, report from Jaffna said.

<p>The park which is situated in the vicinity of the Jaffna public library and the Jaffna Court complex was destroyed due to the conflict situation in the region.

<p>The park has been opened with garden layouts and water fountains and grass lawns by the Jaffna Mayoress Yogeswari Pathmaraja. (AP)
