Roads to Kaytes and Mandathivu re-open

<P>The roads span through the Navy bases of Kanchchadewa in Kaytes and
Velusumana in Mandathivu islands are now open for people living in the
islands.


<P>The road network which was closed due to security reasons was
re-opened this week and the bus service commenced from this week,
Governor Northern Province G.A. Chandrasiri said.
