President Rajapaksa begins his second term

<p>President Mahinda Rajapaksa is to swear in for his second term at
10.16 am, today.
<p>He will be sworn in before Chief Justice Asoka De Silva at the Presidential Secretariat.
<p>The ceremony will be followed by military parade, a 21 gun salute, a
flypast by Sri Lanka Air Force jets, a special display by Sri Lanka
Navy and a cultural display at the Galle Face.
