First International cargo ship to enter H'tota port, tomorrow [November 25 2010]

The first internationally owned cargo ship will arrive on the Ruhunu Magampura Mahinda Rajapaksa Harbour tomorrow morning.

This ship carrying a mix load of cargo is owned by a Maldivian company and is named, M. V. Waadhee. The ship is expected to take Sri Lankan products including sea sand to be used in land filling in the Maldives.

Two cargo ships carrying fertilizer is expected early next month.
