New lighthouses to Jaffna coast

<P>Five new lighthouses will come up in the coastal areas in the Jaffna
peninsula. They will be installed in Analaithivu, Eluvaithivu,
Ponnalai point Pedro and Kurunagar.

<P>The decision to setup new lighthouses in the coastal areas of Jaffna was
taken following more fishing activities in the North since the restrictions
in the seas in the North have been removed, sources said.
