Indian External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna met President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Temple Trees short while ago.
He, who arrived the country yesterday evening, will meet Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratne and Foreign Minister Prof G.L. Peiris, where the two Foreign Ministers will jointly preside the Joint Commission meeting between two countries, today.
The Joint Commission on bilateral co-operation between the two south Asian neighbors will review its progress since 2005.
