Special train chanting pirith to leave Colombo to Peraliya

<p>A special train, in which Buddhist monks will chant pirith to remember the tragic train incident at Peraliya on tsunami day, will leave Colombo Fort Railway Station at 6.50 am on December 26. 

  

<p>The train No 50 that left Colombo was destroyed due to tsunami at 9.22 am at Paraliya six years ago.  

  

<p>The special train with the same No 50 engine will leave for Peraliya with the Buddhist monks and a special religious ceremony will be held to remember the railway workers and people who died in the tsunami disaster in 2004.
